UX Designer - design systems (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Ivory Banking Services Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
