UX Designer - design systems (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Rook Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
