UX Designer - design systems (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
