UX Designer - design systems (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Drift Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
