UX Designer - design systems (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
