UX Designer - design systems (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Milwaukee, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
