UX Designer - design systems (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
