UX Designer - design systems (Miami, FL)

Bright Vista Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
