UX Designer - design systems (Louisville, KY)

Summit Timber Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
