UX Designer - design systems (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge River Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
