UX Designer - design systems (Louisville, KY)

Summit Beacon Financial Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
