UX Designer - design systems (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Sable Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Louisville. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
