UX Designer - design systems (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Lantern Insurance Group is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
