UX Designer - design systems (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Sable Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Little Rock plant. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 873 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
