UX Designer - design systems (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Linden Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around volunteer programmes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in volunteer programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
