UX Designer - design systems (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Little Rock presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in school partnerships. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
