UX Designer - design systems (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around Las Vegas with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
