UX Designer - design systems (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge Timber Medical is a Las Vegas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
