UX Designer - design systems (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Hollow Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
