UX Designer - design systems (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Nest Financial Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
