UX Designer - design systems (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Indianapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
