UX Designer - design systems (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Sable Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
