UX Designer - design systems (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
