UX Designer - design systems (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Honolulu, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
