UX Designer - design systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Grand Rapids producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing.
