UX Designer - design systems (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Fresno, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
