UX Designer - design systems (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Ember Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
