UX Designer - design systems (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Analytics is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
