UX Designer - design systems (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cedar Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
