UX Designer - design systems (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Timber Insurance Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests.
