UX Designer - design systems (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in El Paso, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
