UX Designer - design systems (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Orchard Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
