UX Designer - design systems (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Field Press Group is a printer and publisher in El Paso serving local and national clients. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
