UX Designer - design systems (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Iron Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
