UX Designer - design systems (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Denver, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 308 people based in Denver. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
