UX Designer - design systems (Denver, CO)

Redstone Kestrel Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Denver with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
