UX Designer - design systems (Denver, CO)

Bright Maple Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
