UX Designer - design systems (Denver, CO)

Cedar River Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Denver. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
