UX Designer - design systems (Denver, CO)

Redstone Amber Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
