UX Designer - design systems (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Dallas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
