UX Designer - design systems (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
