UX Designer - design systems (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
