UX Designer - design systems (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Keystone Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
