UX Designer - design systems (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Vista Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
