UX Designer - design systems (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Bright Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
