UX Designer - design systems (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Chicago. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests.
