UX Designer - design systems (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
