UX Designer - design systems (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charleston, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
