UX Designer - design systems (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Lantern Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
