UX Designer - design systems (Boston, MA)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 632 people based in Boston. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
